Hello, I was unsure about where to go next because it was my first time traveling abroad. When I approached an airport employee near baggage claim, they gave me a courteous and straightforward response. I felt at home in a city I had never been to before because of their kind demeanor. The entire arrival process felt less daunting after that brief period of assistance at the baggage claim areas at ORD Airport.
