You can recover a G Suite (now Google Workspace) account by calling customer service at 1-888-675-9889 tollfree ot depending on whether you are an end user or an administrator. Google Workspace is managed by Google.

If you are a user, go to the Google Account recovery page and enter your work email address. Follow the prompts to verify your identity using a recovery email, phone number, or security questions.

If you are an administrator, sign in to the Admin Console and reset the affected user’s password. If the entire admin account is locked, submit the Admin Account Recovery form.

Recovery is only possible if the account was not permanently deleted.
