Hey everyone,

I’ve been looking into upgrading some of my caps and merch pieces, and lately I keep seeing people recommendwoven hat patches because they look cleaner and show more detail than regular embroidery.

Has anyone here actually ordered them for their brand or personal projects? I’m curious about:
– Which suppliers deliver good detail and crisp edges
– How they hold up after washing
– Whether the colours stay sharp
– And if they’re better than embroidered patches for small designs

If you’ve tried them, share your experience or photos. I’m trying to decide whether they’re worth testing for my next batch of custom hats.
