Scott Cawthon is the developer and publisher of five nights at freddy's, a survival horror game that was released in 2014. Mike Schmidt, a security guard at a family pizzeria, is under the player's supervision at night. Schmidt is required to complete his duties while evading the homicidal animatronic characters that prowl the restaurant at night.
