Hey everyone! I’m planning to visit the Southwest Airlines Cleveland Office in Ohio soon to sort out a flight change and some baggage questions. I’m curious about what the experience is like are the staff friendly and efficient? How long do you usually have to wait, and is it better to go early in the day?
