Has anyone here used the Thai Airways Sydney Office in Australia for booking or travel support? I’ve mostly relied on online booking, but sometimes I feel more comfortable having a local office to reach out to, especially if last-minute changes come up. A friend mentioned that the staff there can help with ticketing, upgrades, and even travel requirement updates, which sounds really useful.
I’m curious if it’s worth visiting in person compared to just managing everything online. Do they provide quicker assistance when flights are delayed or rescheduled? Also, how’s their customer service experience—friendly and knowledgeable, or more like just another booking counter?
