Hey everyone,
I’ve been reflecting on some chapters of my life that I think are worth putting into a book not for fame or sales, but more as a legacy for my family and future generations. The idea of writing a memoir sounds rewarding, but let’s be real—it also feels intimidating and emotionally draining.
I recently came across the idea of hiring a memoir ghostwriter, and it made me pause. On one hand, it sounds like a fantastic way to turn thoughts into a polished manuscript without stressing over every sentence. On the other, I wonder how personal it will still feel if someone else is helping shape the story.
Has anyone here taken this route?
What made you decide to hire a ghostwriter?
How did you ensure your voice and truth were maintained?
What should someone know before starting the process?
I’m really interested in hearing your thoughts. If you’ve worked with a memoir ghostwriter or are considering it, let’s discuss the pros, cons, and what to watch out for.
