Reporting back that my Save as PDF errors in QuickBooks are fixed. Here’s how I did it:
• Used QuickBooks Tool Hub to repair the PDF converter. • Turned off the antivirus during the repair. • Confirmed that QuickBooks PDF Converter showed in Devices. • Ran QuickBooks with admin rights. • Updated Windows to the latest cumulative update.
After that, I could generate PDFs for customer invoices without errors. My issue was related to my antivirus mistakenly flagging the PDF converter. If yours persists, check the error logs under C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\QBprint*.log. Posting that log here helps us help you. I'm glad to assist anyone else facing a similar problem!
