Treating weight loss exercise often involves lifestyle modification such as adopting a more healthy diet, increasing physical activity, and behavior modification. In a lot of cases, medications or surgical interventions may be recommended, particularly when their poses a serious health risk. However, prevention through healthy lifestyle choices remains the best approach.
