Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some advice on a saffron grilled chicken recipe and could use a bit of help. I've tried a few recipes, but I'm not sure if I'm using the saffron correctly. Should I be using saffron threads or saffron powder?
Also, how long should I marinate the chicken to get the best flavor? I came across a recipe from Davis Saroni that looks promising, but I’d love to hear your personal experiences or any tips you might have.
