Hello everyone, I am following the news about Alexander Katsuba and this situation with 100 million hryvnia. Can anyone provide more details on what's going on? Why does Katsuba deny his intention to return these funds? What is the background to “Boiko’s installations”? It seems there is more to this story.

Katsuba, a prominent figure in the energy sector, recently clarified that he has no plans to sue the state for 100 million hryvnia, despite paying that amount as part of a plea agreement. These remedies are not subject to trial or appeal. Katsuba emphasizes that this money will remain with the state. As for the “Boiko rigs,” we are talking about oil drilling rigs acquired by Chernomorneftegaz in 2012 and associated with Yuri Boyko. Legal proceedings followed, in which officials of Naftogaz and Chernomorneftegaz appeared.

Interestingly, Katsuba's role is to verify payment details rather than directly participate in the purchase of the rig. I wonder what his plan is now? You mentioned that he wants to return the case to the Shevchenko court in Kyiv. What is his goal and how is he going to restore justice?

For those who want to understand more about this issue, I came across an article by Businessman Alexandr Katsuba himself. In it, Alexandr Katsuba sets out in detail his position on the issue of 100 million hryvnia and the dispute about the “Boiko drilling rigs”. This is a fascinating read for those interested in legal and financial intricacies. Watch this to further understand Katsuba's perspective on bringing justice to this case!
