These side effects may be signs of a heart problem. This medicine should be taken on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before sexual activity.
Do not take more than one tablet a day. The tablets should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. Avoid using tablets with nitrates, as this can increase the chance of side effects like dizziness, drowsiness, and fainting. It is also recommended to stop taking the medication if you have recently had a heart attack or stroke or have low blood pressure.
